Professional Development and Continuing Education
The Continuing Education Program of Counseling Services at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo provides continuing education programs that focus on the most current scientific evidence regarding assessment, prevention, and intervention, and that promote best practices as they relate to college mental health issues. The Continuing Education Program ensures that doctoral-level psychologists maintain expertise in the field of psychology by providing topics and content that are sufficiently complex so as to continue building upon the foundation of doctoral-level education. All CE programs are offered in-person.
How to Offer a Program
We welcome mental health providers from our community who would like to share their expertise in this format. If you are interested in offering a CE program on the topic of your choice, please submit a CE Program Information Form. Questions about this process can be directed to the CE Program Administrator.
